Terms of Service

Market Ready is a seasonal collection-readiness audit operated by FINAL NYC (“FINAL”, “we”). You submit information and materials about a collection; we prepare an independent strategic assessment — the audit report — using FINAL’s market methodology, accelerated by AI analysis and reviewed editorially before delivery.

The audit is professional strategic opinion based on the materials you supply. It identifies collection and market-readiness issues before wholesale outreach. It does not guarantee buyer interest, appointments, orders, or commercial outcomes, and it is not financial, legal, or accounting advice. Where information was missing or unreadable, the report says so rather than guessing.

The Market Ready Audit is $595 per collection, payable at or after submission. We target delivery within 48 hours of submission and confirmed payment. If we determine we cannot prepare a useful audit from your materials, we will tell you and refund the fee in full.

You confirm the materials you submit are yours to share. They remain yours. We use them only to prepare your audit and operate the service — see the Privacy note. We may process materials with third-party AI model providers under their API terms as part of preparing the audit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fee you paid for the audit concerned. Decisions you make based on the audit are yours.
