Privacy

Your collection materials are private and used only to prepare your audit. They are not published, not shared with other customers, and not used to advertise to you.

What you give us in the intake (brand, contact, and collection details), the files you upload (lookbooks, line sheets, price lists, and similar), and the audits we prepare from them. Sign-in uses your email and a link we send to it; we use an essential session cookie only — no advertising trackers.

To prepare and deliver your audit, including automated analysis by third-party AI model providers under their API terms, and internal editorial review by FINAL before delivery. We do not train models on your materials ourselves. We do not sell your data.

We keep your intake, materials, and delivered audits so you can return to them, and for our records of the engagement. Email hello@finalnyc.com from your workspace address to have your materials and account deleted.

We use infrastructure and processing providers to run the service — hosting, file storage, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe; we never see full card details), and AI model providers for analysis. Each receives only what is needed for its role.
